A nonprofit, tuition-free coding school developed by Department of Education and Knowledge under the Ghadan 21 programme. Located in the former Mina Industrial Zone, the completed project transformed three existing warehouse buildings into a fully operational 24/7 campus for 250 students. ATS constructed and fitted out the campus through full refurbishment and adaptive reuse, delivering collaborative learning spaces centred around a vibrant courtyard. The project was completed with advanced MEP systems, flexible technology integration, and sustainable design, creating a modern, future-ready educational environment.
