The Project involves two towers across Ground, Mezzanine, 12 floors, and roof levels.
Tower 1 features a complete Cat B fit-out tailored to ADIB’s operational and brand standards. Tower 2 was delivered as Cat A, with two and a half floors adapted mid-project from Cat A to Cat B to meet evolving ADIB requirements and additional functional needs.
