The purpose-built block adds eight modern classrooms with supporting staff, medical, PE, and changing facilities, enhancing teaching capacity and student well-being. Constructed with a raft foundation and lightweight steel-frame superstructure, the building features durable, campus-aligned façades and bright, low-maintenance interiors. A full MEP installation was seamlessly integrated with existing services.
