The project involved complete strip-out and conversion of a 5-bedroom villa into a 4-bedroom home, featuring an internal bar, gym, study room, show kitchen, living room, and private office spaces. High-end finishes were executed as specified by ROAR designers, along with full MEP upgrades and integration of a smart automated system for AV, lighting, HVAC, and blinds.
