Designed by SAY Studio and Ochre, this project delivers a globally inspired workplace where each floor reflects a unique continent-led concept. The fit-out includes a dedicated wellness suite, expansive cafeteria, immersive Experience Centre, and a state-of-the-art theatre. Executed with premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship, the space balances refined aesthetics with functional performance. Completed during the challenges of the COVID-19 period, the project was handed over with minimal delay and zero positive cases on site, reflecting the team’s resilience, rigorous planning, and commitment to safe, high-quality delivery.
