This project involved the upgrade of key common areas, including the main foyer, concourse, and toilets across Levels 3M and 4M, aligning the spaces with the latest brand design standards. The works introduced refreshed aesthetics, improved circulation, contemporary finishes, and enhanced guest comfort. Additional scope included decorative enhancements at projection level and a comprehensive MEP upgrade extending to roof-level plant areas, improving performance, energy efficiency, and reliability. Delivered with premium materials, precise execution, and seamless coordination, the project revitalised the cinema environment while maintaining uninterrupted operational excellence.
